Our aim is to provide the highest standard of shared accommodation for professional people in Leicester town centre, near to Fosse Park (M1 J21), Glen Parva, Wigston and Sileby, between Leicester and Loughborough.

We don’t think we’re like anyone else. Firstly we’re a private company. We’re not an agent of any sort and so when you talk to us you talk to the company owners who genuinely care about what you think.

Then there are our houses. All bought brand new by us and many less than 2 years old. We also provide cleaners with high standards for all communal areas. Combine this with the fact that we ONLY take respectful professionals who have left their student days behind them, when we say our houses are clean we’re not fibbing.

We also pay all the bills. And when we say ALL the bills we don’t conveniently forget about council tax or broadband. So just to make it clear, we pay: the council tax, gas, water, electricity, wireless broadband, TV licence and the cleaners. In fact if we say the rent is £400 per month, you will pay £400 per month and no more. No joining fee, no hidden charges, no additional anything. Deposits are equivalent to the monthly rent and are paid back to you when you leave. Easy peasy.

People generally pay monthly by standing order but you can pay weekly if you prefer, by cash or cheque. We don’t take beans, camels, favours or anything we can’t spend in B&Q.

There’s no minimum term either. We have 6 month tenancy agreements but you can give one month’s notice at any time, even during the first 6 months. People stay because they want to, not because we’ve tied them into a contract.

Another thing worth mentioning is that your rent will not change just because other people leave. We’ll also introduce you to potential new tenants to see if you think you’ll get on. There’s no point filling rooms with just anyone.

You’ll find living one of our houses is more like being part of a single household as you’ll eat together, cook, shop and head into town together often too. If you’d rather just keep to yourself in your room and not socialise, our houses are perhaps not for you.
