Welcome to Ashby Show – 2011

The 97th Ashby Show will take place on Sunday, 10th July, 2011, at Measham Lodge Farm, Measham, Derbys, DE12 7HA.

Ashby Show is a hugely popular traditional one-day agricultural show and attracting an average attendance of 16,000, is one of the biggest in the Midlands. Set in the English countryside, the show is committed to the support of agriculture and the drawing together of town and country. With livestock still being an important part of the show, there are classes for horses, cattle, sheep and small livestock as well as show jumping.

Ashby Show has something for everyone. There is an action-packed main ring programme planned for 2011, featuring the thrilling Bolddog ‘Lings’ Freestyle Team and the horsemanship of Jive Pony who will be sure to wow the crowds, along with the regular Vintage Tractors, Hunt & Beagles, Marching Band and Grand Parade. New for 2011 will be a display of Modern Machinery, which will follow the Vintage Tractors to show how much times have changed!

There will be plenty more to see with the huge variety of trade stands around the show ground plus the British Farm Produce Marquee, Rural Craft Area, Craft Marquee, Shopping Marquee, WI Marquee, Dog Show, Small Livestock & Foreign Bird Marquees, funfair, archery and much much more. There is something to entertain everyone attending the Show and this all makes it a ‘must’ on the social calendar for all of you who come back year after year.

Family Tickets: £30 (2 Adults & 3 Child)
Advance tickets can be purchased at the discounted price of £8 for Adults and £3 for Senior Citizens & Children
