Personnel Plus are specialist in the supply of both temporary and permanent staff, covering primarily Industrial and Commercial disciplines, from our offices in Coalville, Burton On Trent and Leicester.

The purpose of the business is to supply a multitude of varying skilled and unskilled people to local business’s large or small, in an “easy to use” way. Our register of potential candidates is constantly updated to give our clients the highest service possible. Each person is screened by us and we ensure that they are eligible to work before a position is offered; this enables us to assess their true capabilities. We interview every candidate and feel however long the interview takes, that this is time well spent. This ensures us a higher success rate in placing the right people in the right position.
