Lighthouse Learning Ltd is a social enterprise charity and change agency with a successful track record of positive transformation in families, communities and schools across Leicester.
Our additional support and resources have helped families combat the long term effects of social deprivation and hardship through raised aspirations and achievement.
We work in partnership with the Local Authority, Schools, Businesses and the wider community.

Our work is split into four project areas

• Leadership – we offer Leadership training & accreditation which can be delivered for local authorities, schools, youth organisations, voluntary and community groups.
• Family Learning – we offer a range of programmes which aim to use innovative ways to enable parents to support and be involved in their children’s learning at whatever stage.
• Extended Curriculum and Enrichment – out of school hours activities provide a learning library for experimentation, challenge and adventure for both learners and teachers. Enrichment activities offer fun and creative experiences through the arts, day trips and residential holidays which help to broaden the horizons, minds and aspirations of children and young people.
• Volunteering Opportunities and Support – volunteers can support your organisation by bringing enthusiasm and energy, a ‘can do’ approach, new ideas and new perspectives as well as a professional caring attitude.
