Leicester Tigers’ stadium at Welford Road has undergone a massive redevelopment, which has made it the largest venue of its kind in the East Midlands

Leicester Tigers’ match days are an incredible experience, and you can expect much more than just rugby to enjoy.

Welford Road is open every day for business and pleasure, including product launches, conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, weddings and family parties.
Whatever the occasion the stadium is a superb venue to meet all of your requirements, complemented by a first class catering service.

Leicester Tigers have set standards throughout the history of the professional game of rugby, and the designs of the stadium redevelopment at Welford Road continue that trend.

With the development of the multi-million pound Caterpillar Stand in 2009, we now boast the largest venue of its kind in the East Midlands.

Situated within the stand is the Premiership Suite, spanning 1200sq metres. This can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in a formal set up, but for optimum flexibility can be divided by sound proofed screens into three areas.

Also situated within this stand is our exhibition hall which covers an area of 900sq metres, conveniently situated on the ground floor with direct and level access from the main entrance including access large enough for a car.

Our Santander Alliance & Leicester Stand houses the Underwood Suite, the Caterpillar Lounge and our 26 Executive Boxes. Conference organisers looking for a main meeting room for up to 200 delegates and separate syndicate rooms will find the flexibility of this self contained facility ideal for their needs.

Within The Clubhouse is the European Lounge, Tiger Bar, Barbarians Lounge, Leicestershire Room and Captains Bar. These rooms can be used individually or in conjunction with each other to create an excellent training facility.

The majority of our rooms have wireless internet, integrated PA systems, air conditioning and natural daylight.

With a choice of 13 versatile meeting rooms and 26 Executive Boxes, accommodating from 8 to 1,000 guests, we are certain to have the facilities and service to meet your requirements.

PREMIERSHIP SUITE & EXHIBITION HALL

PREMIERSHIP SUITE
The Premiership Suite is situated in the heart of the multi-million pound Caterpillar Stand. Comprising of 1880, Legends and Honours Suites, this fantastic facility can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in a formal set up.

EXHIBITION HALL
Also situated on the ground floor of the Caterpillar stand is 900 sq metres of exhibition space. When used in conjunction with the first floor Premiership Suite the combined area of 2200 sq metres makes it the perfect venue for product launches and exhibitions.

UNDERWOOD SUITE

This self contained suite is located within the Santander Alliance & Leicester Stand, tastefully decorated and with an abundance of natural daylight.

When used in conjunction with the Executive Boxes, situated on the floor above, this makes an ideal training venue with excellent syndicate facilities.

EXECUTIVE BOXES

Our 26 Executive Boxes, situated on two floors, seat either 8 or 12 guests in board room style and enjoy panoramic views over the pitch. They are comfortably appointed and suitable for meetings, interviews, private business lunches or as syndicate rooms.

All are air conditioned and some equipped with wireless internet.

EUROPEAN LOUNGE

One of our most sought after Suites, the European Lounge, situated within the Clubhouse, has a magnificent view overlooking the pitch.

Fully air conditioned with plenty of natural daylight, this Suite offers superb facilities for meetings, private dining and celebrations. This room can also make use of the landing space for meeting registration.

TIGER BAR

The Tiger Bar can accommodate up to 180 delegates. It is a spacious room located on the first floor of the Clubhouse and when used in conjunction with the other four rooms within this area it creates an excellent training venue.

It is also a popular choice for Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties and other social events.

BARBARIANS LOUNGE
The Barbarians’ Lounge, situated on the first floor of the Clubhouse is ideal for smaller meetings for up to 60 delegates and private lunches or dinners for up to 50.

This light and airy room contains a fascinating collection of Barbarians and Tigers memorabilia from all over the world.

LEICESTERSHIRE ROOM

The Leicestershire Room situated on the Ground Floor of the Clubhouse, is an ideal meeting venue for up to 20 Delegates.

The room is tastefully decorated and is popular for small board meetings or simply as a conference breakout room.

THE MARK
Located in the Crumbie Stand, The Mark offers a self-contained area with a relaxed atmosphere and a large private Bar.

Ideal for informal gatherings for up to 80 guests, this room can also be used for smaller exhibitions.

ABC BAR

The ABC Bar is situated adjacent to The Mark separated by a glass partition door, and when used en-suite these two rooms make a large flexible area ideal for informal celebrations for up to 160 people, a perfect venue for discos and live bands.
