John Merison B.M.C. Ltd was established in 1987 and we apply our experience of 20 years in the Building Trade to project manage your job no matter how large or small for all domestic, commercial or industrial projects.

We can provide you with a Complete Building Service, using our own team of fully qualified trade’s persons, who would undertake all Building, Electrical, Plumbing or Bespoke Joinery work.

We can also provide you with a Thermal Imaging Survey Report for your building; this may be to find areas of energy losses, fault finding, leaking flat roofs, and faulty electrical installations and much more besides.

We provide our customers with a First Class Customer Service. All work is undertaken with safety in mind and completed to the highest standards of workmanship using a blend of traditional and modern techniques.

We also encourage environmental improvements, which is why we operate our fleet of vans on LPG to reduce the impact on the environment.

All projects undertaken would be in compliance with Building Regulations or the Regulated Bodies that we are accredited to, CORGI, NICEIC, TRUST MARK, FENSA, GGF, CONSTRUCTION LINE.
