Drawing on his experience with the UK’s leading chefs and restaurants, our Chef de Cuisine Chris Scarratt has achieved an enviable reputation for imaginative catering and superb service. Chris and his team work in close partnership with clients to ensure that everything is prepared to a very high standard. His meticulous planning and attention to detail has earned accolades from all aspects of society.

Chris was invited to a cookery school near Lake Lucerne, Switzerland, to a presentation on patisserie and chocolate artistry. He was so impressed with the quality and style, he bought the concept back to Hanbury, converting farm buildings into a Swiss-style patisserie and catering facility.
