Fur Ur Pets offers friendly local care of your pets if you are at work or on your holidays. I am a small family run business with my own dogs and many years of animal experience. I am also completing a dog psychology course with the Animal Care College. I now live right next to the River Trent with spectacular walks along the ‘wash lands’ that are available for boarding dogs.

I care for small animals, cats and dogs – and would consider any other kind of pet care from the more exotic or larger animals. I visit cats in their own home when their owners are away for feeding, fussing and litter tray changing – I am available for short notice for those who may need emergency home care of their cats and small animals. I can also check on the home – open curtains and take out wheelie bins so that it is less obvious that you are away from the home.

I offer dog walking for those dogs home alone or the owners are unable to walk them themselves. Dogs are usually walked singly, but sometimes with owner’s permission – they can be walked in small groups. The dogs are given good healthy walks with the emphasis on their needs and adhere to any training programmes they are on.

Dogs can stay at my house for day care, or boarding when their owners are away -7 days a week with a flat rate for any day (except Bank Holidays). In day care they can be dropped off with me or collected with negotiation with the owner. They are then in the company of myself and my dogs, they are walked and fed. With dog boarding, the dogs live in the house with my dogs – but may be separated at night for security, and live as part of the family.

I have many references and comments from happy customers and their pets – and I try to make sure the needs of the animals come first.
