We are located in Burton and Woodville so you’re never far away from a Crescent MOT & Service Centre. Our garage at Burton, for example, is just a short walk from The Queens Hospital, perfect for visitors and staff. For the more adventurous, a twenty minute walks to town to do a little shopping and collect your vehicle later. But if you would prefer, we would be more than happy to give a lift.

Due to EU Regulations you know longer have to use main dealers to service your new car. In October 2002 EU Legislation affecting the motor trade came into force. Its full title is Block Exemption Regulations 1400/2002 in short, B.E.R.

The B.E.R changes the way cars and vans may be serviced and gives motorists more freedom of choice as to who looks after their vehicle.

New motorists can use the garage of their choice without invalidating the manufacturer’s warranty and so making huge savings compared to dealerships, but still have the peace of mind that in the event of a warranty claim you still have the cover you would expect with your new car.

The Automotive Distribution Federation (ADF) have confirmation from the Office of Fair-trading that independent repairers can carry out maintenance and servicing during a vehicles warranty period and preserve warranty conditions with tow proviso’s:

• Provided that the vehicle is serviced to manufacturers schedules and is recorded as such
• Provided that the parts used are of appropriate quality and are recorded as such in your records
