Here at Lilliecup Green we source beautiful handmade products from crafts people and small cottage industries within the National Forest and surrounding rural areas. The nature of our suppliers’ means that many of the products are pretty special, that they are unique and highly individual.

Shipping & Delivery

When items are in stock we aim to despatch the order within 5-7 working days within the UK. However some items are made to order and so in these cases delivery can take up to 14 working days. If we do not have your items in stock we will call you to notify you on the estimated date of delivery.

If you need an item by a specific date, please do let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you get it in good time.

Shipping Charges Postage is to the UK and will depend on the weight and size of the item you are purchasing:

For small or light items postage will be £2.95 and sent by Royal Mail.

For medium sized,heavier items, postage will be £4.95 and sent by Royal Mail or Courier.

For heavier / larger /awkward shaped items such as some of the larger sculptures & Artwork postage will be £8.95 and delivery will be via courier.

For Non-Mainland UK, BFPO and Overseas Delivery we will inform the customer of postage costs when the order is placed and prior to despatch, to ensure you wish to continue with the order.

RETURNS

Please check all items immediately upon receipt. Some products may vary slightly. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, please email us at info@lilliecupgreen.co.uk immediately. You can return all unused items within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items with the exception of faulty goods. Postage cannot be refunded and we will not give refunds until the goods have been received back. Returned items must be in their original packaging. For damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your postage costs. When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.

Please remember that many of our products are handmade by artisans and craftsman so they may vary slightly – we make every effort to ensure that products leave us in pristine condition and that the descriptions and specifications are correct. All sizes are approximate and all products are inclusive of VAT. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on the website is correct, Lilliecup Green cannot accept any responsibility for any errors made. Lilliecup Green reserves the right to change the designs and products at any time.
