The Company
David Granger set up this independent award winning architectural consultancy 25 years ago. He now runs the business with fellow directors Stuart Falder and Lesley Moore from the company’s offices in an impressively converted former dairy in rural Mill Street, Packington.

Their Services
This talented team can take you from the first glimmer of an idea to ‘moving in’ – or any of the stages in between. Starting with initial discussions and feasibility sketches, through detailed planning applications, on to working drawings and building regulations approvals, they will guide and advise at every step. Later on they can if required also obtain builders’ tender prices and follow up with contract administration during construction and warranty inspections for lenders.

Their reputation
The company name is known and respected over a wide area, and has completed commissions as far afield as the Lake District National Park, Cornwall, and London. North West Leicestershire District Council planning department actually receive more applications from David Granger Design than from any other practice.

Their aims
Standard designs play no part in the work of this forward thinking consultancy. Whatever the proposal, extensions, new homes and conversions, a factory, medical centre or even a Church, every project is individual, interpreting the client’s ideas whilst providing innovative design solutions which will be commercially viable.
