What we can do for you ?

CNI Design has solved the design dilemmas of many clients over the years. We advise on all aspects of interior design from ideas and inspiration, through to planning the space, choosing colour schemes, furniture and soft furnishings. We have an understanding of colour, space and light and keep up to date with colour and design trends.

There is often some kind of restriction when decorating a room, whether this is structural or financial, we look at this as a positive point. After all, we need a starting point and what at first looked like a problem can often turn out to be an advantage. Not everyone needs a complete design scheme. One of our services consists of designing and making new curtains and blinds, advising on colour and helping with choice of furniture and accessories. We can suggest ways to make the most of what you already have, provide inspiration on what you can do with existing items and advise on what to buy new.

Alternatively we can plan the entire scheme for you and produce plans and mood boards for approval. We can liaise with your builder or architect and project manage until completion if required. Ultimately our service is flexible. In our experience no two projects are the same and we will happily tailor it to suit your individual needs.

Who are we ?

Carole Nettles is a freelance interior designer. Carole spent over 2 decades in her early career working in soft furnishings specialising in bespoke hand made curtains before studying interior design professionally. She has worked on a wide range of both domestic and commercial projects.

Some of the projects undertaken by CNI Design to date include many Grade I and II listed buildings as well as barn conversions and cottages, bungalows, manor houses, farmhouses, quiet rural pubs and individual country hotels, small retail shops, a variety of investment properties and a sea-view apartment.
